"Sizing Guide Didn’t Work for Me"
I ordered from oradina using the size guide on their site, measured exactly like they said, and the piece still ended up feeling too small. The quality seemed fine overall, but if the sizing was off for my order, I feel like their guide just isn’t reliable enough. Maybe other people have better luck, but I wouldn’t use it again without contacting them first

"Would Definitely Order Again"
I’d order again. It reminded me of one of those simple little treats that sticks with you after a long day, and I just remember feeling genuinely happy with it.

"I ordered this because the pictures made…"
I ordered this because the pictures made it look really nice and super detailed, but once it arrived it didn’t really match what I expected. The color was a little off, and the overall size/style just didn’t look as clean in person as it did online. Shipping was fine and I was charged normally, no issue or concern there, but I do wish the photos were more realistic. It’s not awful, just kind of disappointing for the price.

"At first glance, it looks okay…"
At first glance, it looks okay and does the job, but once I looked a little closer, the finishing felt kind of rough. It doesn’t completely ruin it, but it did make it feel a bit less polished than I expected. Overall, I’m a little disappointed because it could’ve felt much nicer with a cleaner finish.

"Refund took way longer than it should have"
I ordered from oradina.com and eventually had to request a refund. To be fair, I did get my money back in the end, but the whole process took way too long. I had to follow up more than once, and while support did respond, it wasn’t exactly quick. I get that delays happen, but companies should be more accountable when someone is waiting on their money. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it was frustrating and definitely could’ve been handled better.

"Plain box with no gift wrap"
I was expecting it to come looking a little more gift-ready, but the box was super plain and there was no gift wrap at all. It felt kind of disappointing, especially if this was meant to be given to someone. Like, make it make sense.

"Nice to Look At, but Feels Basic"
It looks pretty, and my first impression was definitely positive. But after using it, my gut feeling is that it’s more basic than I expected. It’s fine for what it is, just not something that really wowed me.

"Support made promises they didn’t keep"
I reached out to support hoping they could actually fix the issue, and to be fair, they did respond and seemed like they were trying. But they kept saying things like it would be looked into or resolved soon, and then nothing really changed. After a while it just felt like a bunch of broken promises. I don’t mind waiting if there’s real progress, but this ended up being frustrating and not very helpful

"Really poor communication"
The communication was bad. I kept waiting for proper updates and ended up having to chase them more than once. When they did reply, it was slow and didn’t really help much, so I was just left not knowing what was going on. Yeah, not a great experience at all.

"Helpful, but am I the only one who noticed the slow replies?"
I did get the help I needed in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. But am I the only one who felt like the replies took a little longer than expected? Overall it was fine, just wish the communication had been a bit quicker.

"the fit was actually perfect"
i ordered a ring and was kind of expecting the sizing to be a little off, but it ended up fitting just right. i used their size guide and it matched my usual size exactly. it doesn’t slip around and it doesn’t feel tight either. made the whole purchase feel a lot less risky

"Kinda unsure about the gold purity"
I bought a piece from here, i kinda didn’t feel great about the gold purity. The color and feel seemed a little off compared to my other gold jewelry, so it made me a bit worried. I reached out to customer service, but they didn’t really clear things up for me. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but I probably wouldn’t order again unless there was clearer proof of purity included

"Holding up really well so far"
I’ve been using it for a little while now, i’m happy with it. It’s holding up better than I expected — no major scratches, nothing feels loose, and it definitely doesn’t come across as cheap. I’m taking off one star just because I want to see how it holds up over more time, but for everyday use so far, it’s been a solid little win.

"Helpful in the end, but I would’ve liked quicker updates"
I had to reach out to oradina about a repair, it took a little longer than I was comfortable with. They did get back to me and helped sort it out in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience, but I’m someone who gets a bit cautious when communication slows down during a repair. A few more updates along the way would’ve made me feel more at ease. Overall, not terrible, just something I think could be smoother...

"Easy Return, Slow Refund"
The return policy was easy to follow, so no complaints there. The weird part is the refund took longer than I expected, even though everything else went smoothly. Not a bad experience overall, just kind of average.

"Looks fine, but way too much effort"
It looks okay at first, but actually using it was kind of annoying. Browsing felt slow for me, and some of the menus were more confusing than they needed to be. I ended up clicking around way too much just to find basic info, which felt like a waste of energy. It’s not the worst thing ever, but it definitely got frustrating.

"Feels like the real deal"
I got my order from Oradina my first gut reaction was that the material feels genuine. It doesn’t have that cheap or fake feel at all. I checked the weight and finish against what was listed on the site, and it seemed to line up well. I’m taking off one star because the delivery updates were a little slow, but the item itself looks good and feels authentic to me.

"Pretty necklace, but quality is just okay"
I got small necklace and it does look really in person. The shine is nice and it’s cute to wear, but for the price I was expecting a bit better quality. The clasp feels little weak, so I’m not sure how long it’s going to hold up. It’s not bad at all, just not as nice as I hoped
